Cerresso Fort (7-0, 7 KO's) will look to avenge
an amateur loss to "The Prince of Pain" and continue
his perfect professional winning streak against Lamar Harris in
a televised bout tonight on Fox Sports North. According to Fort,
the two met four or five years ago but says they are both different
fighters now.
" I remember thinking that I won the fight" said Fort.
I remember fighting real hard to win. He is a strong fighter but
I think that I am stronger. It was so long ago that there is really
no way that you can measure our skills now by that fight. I am
ready though for the rematch. There is a reason for everything
and he has come into my path again so he is going to get it. It
is time to show him and everybody that his coin toss win years
ago is in the past. I am just going to say this, I am going to
beat him up real bad or knock him out. I don't make predictions
but one of the two is going to happen. He calls himself the Prince
of Pain, well I am the King of Pain. I just hope he is in the
same shape as I am so there are no excuses."

Lamar Harris, with a record of (6-3-2) doesn't posses
a perfect record but has faced almost nothing but undefeated prospects
including 2008 Olympic alternate Shawn Porter. Harris feels he
dominated the amateur meeting and doesn't see things changing
this time out.
" I basically dominated Cerresso when we fought as amateurs.
I remember him being very wild and punching with his eyes closed
like he was praying to God to land a punch. I took control with
double jabs and straight rights. I know that I am way stronger
then he is so I will be looking for a knockout. It doesn't make
any sense to me why he would take this fight with me. I wasn't
taking boxing as serious as I should have early on but I am giving
everything I have to make it to the top. I want to be champ someday
and this fight is my first step towards that. I will be real surprised
if this fight doesn't end up with Cerresso getting knocked out."
