BOXING: AL SANDS MAKES WEIGHT IN RUSSIA

Duluth, Minnesota cruiserweight Al “The Haitian Temptation” Sands (20-2, 18 KO’s) made weight earlier today in Russia. Sands says that he is fully prepared for his clash with undefeated Yuri Kashinsky (14-0, 13 KO) of Russia for the WBO Oriental title. Both Sands and Kashinsky weighed in at 200 pounds. Sands versus Kashinsky is bout number six of the night so it is expected that it will take place between 6AM and 10AM Central time. Check back for live streaming info.
