BOXING: ROGERS SEMITALA BATTLES WISDOM TONIGHT

Super flyweight Rogers Semitala (9-0) of Saint Paul, MN will meet battle-tested spoiler DeWayne Wisdom tonight at the Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Semitala is a natural 115 pounder but moved up to 120 pounds to face Wisdom. Semitala was originally set to fight Kendrick Latchman but Wisdom stepped in late as an upgraded replacement. Wisdom could not make the contracted weight of 120 pounds so Semitala put on a few more pounds and the fight is set. The main event of the show features Wisconsin’s Duarn “The Storm” Vue (13-1-2) facing Nehomar Cermeno (26-7-1) for the World Boxing Association Inter-Continental featherweight title. Supreme Hits Promotions will be presenting the boxing action.
