BOXING: RONDALE HUBBERT FIGHTS IN TEXAS TONIGHT

Minnesota state super lightweight champion Rondale “Give Em Hell” Hubbert (12-6-1, 7 KO’s) is in Dallas, Texas where he will box tonight against Luis Hernandez Ramos (14-0, 13 KO’s) of Chihuahua, Mexico.
Jim Erickson of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation told Minnesota Fight News that the show is a private black-tie affair for the Dallas Petroleum Club.
Hubbert accepted the fight on a week’s notice but stated that he’s in shape to hand Ramos his first defeat.

“I’m fighting this Thursday in Dallas against Luis Hernandez Ramos. He’s undefeated but most of his fights have been in Mexico against fighters with losing records. It’s pretty short notice but I’m not in bad shape. I’m ready to surprise him.”

Hubbert made weight last night at 142 pounds and says he will inform us if a fight stream becomes available tonight.
