Undefeated Robert “Bravo” Brant (18-0, 11 KO’s) is ready to continue the exceptional recent 12507491_10153738669080923_2660095030521824900_nshowings Minnesota boxers have produced on National TV, with the most recent being Jamal James getting his hand raised last Tuesday on Fox Sports 1. Brant will box New Jersey’s Decarlo Perez at the Casino Del Sol in Tucson, Arizona with the vacant WBA-NABA middleweight title up for grabs this Friday night. Brant recently jumped to number 14 in the WBA’s World ratings were he joins Osseo’s Caleb Truax (rated #7). The Brant-Perez bout will be the featured attraction on Showtime boxing.
The Showtime telecast begins at 9:35pm locally and I would guess Brants fight will begin around 10:45 pm.

“Perez is a prospect checker”  Brant told Minnesotaboxing.com earlier this month. “He beat a 23-0 guy in his last fight and he’s beaten some very good fighters. He throws all the right punches and has good timing. I believe I am a little more athletic and that is definitely something I will put to use in my game plan. I think it’s going to be a great fight.”
