Robert “Bravo” Brant (18-0, 11 KO’s) defeated Louis Rose (13-3-1, 5 KO’s) by 10 round majority decision earlier tonight to win the vacant WBC Continental Americas middleweight title.
It was an action filled fight with Brant landing the sharper, harder, and more accurate punches while Rose threw a lot more but landed less meaningful shots. Both fighters showed grit and determination throughout. Brant’s jab hurt Rose on a few occasions and so did the follow up straight right.
The final scores read 95-95, 96-94, 96-94  in favor of Saint Paul’s Rob Brant.
