COLTON WARNER PREPARING FOR BIG FIGHT ON JANUARY 26 VS DAJUAN CALLOWAY IN OHIO

32 year old Colton Warner (6-1, 4 KO’s) of Pine City, MN has signed on to face Dajuan Calloway (8-3, 7 KO’s) of Cleveland, Ohio in a meaningful heavyweight showdown on January 26, 2024 at MGM Northfield Park in Ohio. The action is presented by Gedeon Promotions as part of World Fighting Championships 164. Warner says that he will find out if a stream or television outlet will provide a chance for Minnesota fans to watch live. An injury in September plus numerous fights falling out this year have kept Warner out of action since his win over Tommy Matlon on December 3rd of 2022.

Calloway stands 6’3″ and weighed in a 406 pounds in his last bout. He holds a handful of nice wins against other prospects. Warner is 6’5″ and weighed in at 256.5 pounds last year. He is excited for the opportunity to propel his career with a victory in Calloway’s hometown.

“WFC and Gedeon Promotions reached out to me to see if I was interested in fighting Calloway and I agreed to it”. Said Warner. “Calloway fought my buddy Jeremiah Milton and they went to a decision. I had watched the fight so I already knew who he was when I was contacted with the opportunity. Calloway is pretty heavy but has skills, he can counter and has good power. His record is 8-3 and I believe he has 7 knockouts. It’s an exciting fight for both of us and I believe it will open up opportunities for us.
