Minnesota Jiu Jitsu Gyms – The state’s final Minnesota Jiu Jitsu tournament of 2017 is approaching. The year concludes with The Minnesota Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation‘s Winter Open. The Winter Open will take place at The Irondale High School located at 2425 Long Lake Road in New Brighton, Minnesota. Divisions include kids, teens, adults and masters who will compete in groups split up by weight, age, and belt levels.
MNBJJF will feature three “super fights” that match some of Minnesota’s best grapplers against one another. This years first announced match is a 150 pound brown belt showdown between Marvin Blumer of the Minnesota School of Martial Arts and Chris Dachel of Spartan Martial Arts.
