“KAOS” RETURNS TO HINCKLEY TONIGHT

Duluth’s Andy “Kaos” Kolle returns to action tonight as he faces “kill or be killed” brawler Colby

Andy Kolle, right, and Colby Courter face off last night in Hinckley, MN.

Courter of Missouri. This will be the 6th time Kolle will have fought in the Grand Casino ballroom, the first coming in 2009 when he defeated Anthony Bonsante for the state middleweight title with his signature straight left out of a southpaw stance.

Kolle has not been as busy as planned in part due to different training injuries but he says he feels like now will be the time to return to the form that put him among the top of the MN pound 4 pound rankings. However, as was the case at the beginning of his career, Kolle is splitting time boxing with being back in school. Kolle is on his way to becoming an electrician and says he knows how to handle school and a rigorous training camp intertwined.

“Training camp has been good. I Had some complications from my hectic schedule but as always, I’ve been training my ass off. My opponent (Colby Courter) is an all or nothing type of guy. Either kill or be killed as only 2 of his 15 fights have gone the distance. I plan on boxing him up and knocking some of the rust off. And when I figure him out, get him out of there.”

Both Kolle and Duluth amateur sensation Ryan Watson were featured on television talking about tonights action with WDIO. That video interview can be seen in full by clicking here.
