LINDQUIST STOPS ELK IN SECOND ROUND FOR 16th WIN
“The Wolfman” Marty Lindquist improved to (16-12, 12 KO’s) earlier tonight with a second round KO victory over Maurice Elk (1-5) in Sioux City, Iowa. Lindquist hinted at a body assault prior to the fight and a vicious body attack played into the outcome to the fight.
Lindquist walked Elk down from the opening while fighting behind a strong jab, dropping Elk a few times in the first, and early in the second before finally finishing him off with body shots and hooks later in the second round to earn the TKO win according to Jaxon Kroger.
“Marty looked determined, and if you could have seen his face and demeanor, you already knew he was on a mission to dominate, which he did through strong boxing fundamentals, raw aggression and the heart of a lion”. Said Kroger.
