LUCY LANEY AND SIR BOXING AMATEUR’S COMPETE OUT OF STATE THIS SATURDAY
It will be a busy week for amateur boxers from the Lucy Laney Boxing Academy in Minneapolis and Sir Boxing in Saint Paul this Saturday, November 4, 2023.
Z’Karion Walker, Clinton Warren, Lavendar Nelson, and Morgan McDonald Jr. of Lucy Laney are with coach Morgan McDonald in St. Louis, MO boxing at the Devon Alexander Boxing Invitational. Former world champion Roy Jones Jr. will make a special guest appearance at the show with the action set to begin at 5 PM.
Z’Karion Walker will box Jeremiah Johnson of Wohl/Ben Stewart Boxing academy in a 118 pound bout.
Morgan McDonald Jr. will box Marcel Vaughn of Paqedale Rec Center in a 132 pound bout.
Clinton Warren will box Dashawn Pierson of Saul Brute Academy in a 135 pound bout.
Lavender Nelson will box Alaigha Hughes of Driscoll’s Boxing Academy in a 136 pound bout.
Sir Boxing Gym boxers Andrew Doeksen, Ian Chamblin, Andy Fretes, Devin Carter will be in Iowa with coaches Cerresso Fort and John Johnson. The show is hosted by Sarges Westside Boxing and located at Franklin Junior High School in Des Moines, Iowa with the action beginning at Noon.
