MARK NELSON TO REFEREE TYSON FURY VS OLEKSANDR USYK TITLE FIGHT TONIGHT, MIKE FITZGERALD NAMED ONE OF THREE JUDGES

Saint Paul, Minnesota’s Mark Nelson will referee tonight’s heavyweight world title fight between Tyson Fury (34-0-1) of the United Kingdom and Oleksandr Usyk (21-0) of Ukraine. Mike Fitzgerald of Janesville, Wisconsin will be one of three judges scoring the match which features the IBF, IBO, WBA, WBC, and WBO titles all being at stake in a highly anticipated showdown. The event takes place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at the Kingdom Arena and can be watched live on ESPN+ Pay Per View/DAZN Pay Per View.
Nelson says that he will head to the arena around 1 PM CST with the main event ring entrances set for 5 PM CST. Both Nelson and Fitzgerald have been working professional boxing bouts all over the world and most of Minnesota’s biggest match ups since 1992.
