MMA/MUAY THAI RESULTS: BILDER, MATLON VICTORIOUS

MMA RESULTS: Maplewood, Minnesota’s Blake Bilder (1-0) won his pro debut on Saturday night in Ontario, California. Bilder defeated California’s Matthew Gomez (0-2) by reverse triangle in the opening round. After defended a guillotine attempt, Bilder slammed Gomez to the canvas and locked in the fight-ending submission.

Muay Thai Results: The Academy’s Tommy Matlon (1-0) won his Muay Thai pro debut in Thailand last Thursday night. Matlon defeated Aiza Bar of France to make it the second Minnesota victory in Thailand over the last two weeks. Matlon’s teammate Thomas Jenkins won his match on February 17th.
